I've spent 20+ years turning complex challenges into elegant solutions—from leading product teams at award-winning healthtech companies to building comprehensive multi-national brand identities from the ground up.
I've certainly had a non-traditional career path: I started as a music major who discovered design, worked my way from freelance production artist to Creative Director for Nielsen's ASD trade show division, then Senior Art Director crafting campaigns for clients like the American Red Cross. When the boutique agency I worked for launched a telehealth startup, they brought me on as their first employee to fix a fundamentally flawed initial product—rebuilding the architecture mid-flight into a platform that won MedTech Breakthrough Awards four consecutive years.
Since then, I've led product and design teams through multiple acquisitions and across international markets, most recently consulting with Kaiser Permanente's National Provider Data Management team. My experience connects brand strategy, engineering coordination, executive alignment, and hands-on execution—bringing creative vision grounded in technical understanding and strategic thinking backed by proven delivery. I've rebuilt broken platforms, designed brand systems for multinational markets, and led teams of up to 20 people across multiple continents.
