Why Hire Me?
A Broader View from a Diverse Background.
Building a cohesive and comprehensive brand identity requires a broad understanding and skill set. Design, Writing, Business, Technology, and of course, Branding itself all come into play. With degrees in both Music and Digital Design, as well as deep knowledge of and experience in technology, design, product management, business, and team leadership, my diverse background makes me uniquely suited to building and managing brands.
A Multi-disciplinary
Skill Set
Over the course of my career, I have worked on everything from visual identity packages to video PSAs, and from coding websites to assisting with database design. I have managed teams ranging from 3 to 20 people and helped companies, products, and individuals create their best work.
Never Stop learning
I Never Stop Learning
Lauren Gardner, the head of global talent acquisition at Microsoft, once told CSNBC that “hiring managers don’t want to see a “resume of perfection,” she adds. “We’re looking for folks that are motivated to constantly learn and grow,”… “We’re not looking for know-it-alls, we’re looking for learn-it-alls.” ” (Microsoft’s head of recruiting on her No. 1 resume red flag: ‘We’re not looking for know-it-alls’)
That drive to never stop learning has fueled my career and my life. I am constantly looking to improve my skills, expand my toolbox, and broaden my horizons. I know that passion shows in my work, with each project improving the next.
When I started my career, I focused more on the visual identity aspect of Branding, and as I have grown and moved forward in this work, my focus has broadened to the comprehensive view of Branding as a complete narrative—a focus I love bringing to each new project I have the privilege to work on.
